Agreement
These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a binding agreement between you, the user ("User"), and GenPPT ("GenPPT"), the owner and operator of GenPPT ("GenPPT"). By using GenPPT, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use GenPPT.
1. Services
GenPPT is a powerpoint tool powered by AI language models ("AI") designed for conversational interaction and information retrieval. GenPPT provides the following services under these Terms:
  • Generation of content inside powerpoint
  • A theme library to choose from to generate upon
  • Access to certain features may require upgrading to a paid plan.
2. User Conduct
You agree to use GenPPT in a lawful and ethical manner and comply with all applicable laws and regulations. You are prohibited from using GenPPT:
  • To transmit any content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, hateful, or racially or ethnically offensive.
  • To impersonate any other person or entity.
  • To interfere with or disrupt the GenPPT service or servers.
  • To attempt to gain unauthorized access to GenPPT accounts or data.
  • To create or use any automated system to access GenPPT, such as bots or scripts.
  • To violate any intellectual property rights of GenPPT or any third party.
3. User Content
You retain ownership of any content you submit to GenPPT ("User Content"). However, you grant GenPPT a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display User Content in connection with the operation and maintenance of GenPPT.
4. Disclaimer
GenPPT is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. GenPPT does not warrant that GenPPT will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. You acknowledge that the use of GenPPT is at your own risk.
5. Limitation of Liability
GenPPT shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of GenPPT, even if GenPPT has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
6. Termination
GenPPT may terminate your access to GenPPT at any time, for any reason, without notice. GenPPT may also remove User Content that violates these Terms.
7. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GenPPT and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any and all claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of GenPPT or your violation of these Terms.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Switzerland, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Basel, Switzerland.
9. Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and GenPPT with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, representations, or agreements, whether oral or written.
10. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
11. Waiver
No waiver of any provision of these Terms shall be effective unless in writing and signed by both you and GenPPT.
12. Updates to Terms
GenPPT may update these Terms at any time by posting the amended terms on the GenPPT website. Your continued use of GenPPT after the amended terms are posted constitutes your acceptance of the amended terms.

14. Age Requirement
You must be at least 13 years old to use GenPPT. If you are under the age of 18, you declare that you have the consent of your parent or guardian to use our service.
15. Changes to Services
GenPPT reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service (or any part thereof) with or without notice. You agree that GenPPT shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.
16. Refund Policy
GenPPT, in collaboration with Lemon Squeezy LLC for payment processing, offers a satisfaction guarantee with a 7-day refund policy for our paid plans. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you are eligible to request a full refund within 7 days of the transaction date.
To request a refund, please reach out directly to us at me@siya.digital with the subject "Refund Request - Lemon Squeezy." Your request should include the following information for us to process it efficiently:
  • The full name and email address associated with your GenPPT account.
  • The transaction ID or any proof of purchase provided by Lemon Squeezy LLC.
  • A brief explanation for the refund request, which will help us understand how we can improve our service.
Upon receipt of your refund request, we will review it and, if approved, initiate the refund process through Lemon Squeezy LLC. Refunds will be credited back to the original method of payment and should be reflected in your account within 7 to 10 business days, depending on your bank's processing times.
Please note that this refund policy applies only to purchases made directly through GenPPT and processed by Lemon Squeezy LLC. For purchases made through third-party platforms or services, you will need to contact them directly for refund requests, as those transactions are subject to the refund policies of the respective service providers.
This refund policy is part of our commitment to ensuring customer satisfaction and does not affect any statutory rights that you may have under law.
17. Account Security
Your security is important to us, especially as GenPPT operates within the Supabase platform, managed by Supabase Inc.
  • Security: Ensure that your account is secured with a strong password.
  • Secure Your GenPPT Interactions: Be cautious of phishing attempts and suspicious links. GenPPT will never ask for your sensitive personal information, such as passwords or payment details, through chat. Always verify the authenticity of any requests or communications that appear to be from GenPPT.
  • Reporting Security Concerns: If you suspect that your account has been compromised or if you encounter any security issues within GenPPT, please contact us immediately at me@siya.digital. Additionally, any security concerns related to your Supabase account should be reported directly to Supabase through their official support channel.
By following these guidelines, you can help protect your account and personal information while enjoying the services offered by GenPPT. Remember, your security is a shared responsibility, and by taking proactive steps to secure your account, you contribute to a safer online environment for yourself and others.
18. Data Protection and Privacy
GenPPT is committed to protecting your privacy. We collect, use, and safeguard your personal information according to our Privacy Policy, which aligns with industry standards and legal requirements. Our policy details the types of information we collect, how it's used, and the measures we take to protect it. By using GenPPT, you consent to the data practices described in our Privacy Policy.
